Countless times have I started and then fell off the consistency wagon for lack of accountability. Always the same story: start, slack, stop. Rinse and repeat.

Until I’ve learned the power of feeling accountable for your commitments. As I learned on my own self how our body and mind respond to training and seeing incremental results, I knew that out there there are other busy professionals who, like myself, need someone to guide them through their journey into getting better functioning humans..
