My programs are designed to fit your schedule and work with the equipment you have available, whether you workout at home or at the gym. All levels welcomed.
Your weekly feedback will guide me through readjusting your current program to account for anything that happens in your busy life (work commitment, injury, illness, trips...)

Your physical and mental conditioning is designed for you to achieve your goals and our weekly check-ins will help us track progress, adjust the programming and maintain accountability.
Our first session will start with the process of defining your goals and exploring the motivation behind them. We will assess your current status and design a path tailored on you, your schedule and your likings.
We will periodically do more assessments to track progress and stay on top of the journey if needed.
Wether your goal is to shred fat, build up muscle or be healthier it all starts with the first step!
All of our training programs include weekly programming, with a different workout every time, to do at your own gym or at home.

Let’s schedule a free call with so we can get to know each other and assess what your needs and goals are; together we will come up with a plan that fits your lifestyle, schedule and goals setting.
Achieving goals is all about accountability. For this reason, sessions will not roll over month to month. If you have to reschedule a session before the 24 hours cancellation window, it will have to be rescheduled within the same month to make up. If a session is cancelled within the 24 hours, it will be charged.
